Post 40th Reunion Survey

While I truly enjoyed planning our 40th Year Weekend activities, I have no desire to participate in future planning. This was a one-time deal for me.  Please take a few minutes to provide your feedback on our reunion weekend by completing the questions below.  Your responses are not visible to other classmates and will be helpful in the planning of future reunion events.  Please complete the survey by September 15, 2017.
